Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi seeks an Organization Development Manager specializing in Organization Design to drive transformation and governance across the group. You will guide restructuring, operating models and manpower planning while advising leadership on long-term planning and alignment with corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in HR management, including organization development, organization design and related processes in a large organization, with at least 8 years in a relevant managerial role.
• Deep knowledge of organization development and design methods, tools and organizational effectiveness principles.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver organization development interventions, team development initiatives and change management programs aligned with future business requirements.
• Maintain a coherent transformation and behavior change approach that supports readiness, adoption and sustainable results.
• Support Group-wide organization development strategies consistent with corporate plans and priorities.
• Provide organization design advisory services through the Centre of Excellence.
• Advise management on new company proposals, realignment of group companies, mergers and other restructuring initiatives.
• Assess alternative organization structures and coordinate implementation with management and discipline specialists.
• Oversee organizational reviews to establish suitable structures and manpower levels across group companies and ADNOC directorates.
• Develop and maintain organization manuals defining functions, responsibilities, reporting relationships and organizational interfaces.
• Initiate periodic organizational reviews and health checks to improve effectiveness, efficiency and responsiveness.
• Evaluate organizational needs and manpower requirements, and manage external organization development consultancy services.
• Identify organization design issues, assess impacts through studies and benchmarks, and recommend risk mitigation measures.
• Review business unit organization development performance and readiness for growth and changing requirements.
• Share practical organization development approaches and support organizational change.
