Job summary

Aldar Properties PJSC is seeking an expert in Organization Design and AI-driven transformation to lead OD initiatives in Abu Dhabi. You will partner with senior leaders to shape organizational solutions and drive measurable improvements through AI-enabled tools and analytics.

The role covers workforce planning, position management, and change management programs, with emphasis on leveraging LLMs and automation to optimize organizational design and performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Organization Development/Design or HR roles.
• Experience in workforce planning and position management.
• Experience in GCC real estate or large corporate/consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to identify OD priorities and design organizational solutions.
• Lead design, delivery, and evaluation of organization-wide development programs (M&A, JVs, spin-offs).
• Develop and execute the Organization Development AI roadmap, leveraging LLMs, AI agents and workflow automation.
• Build, pilot and scale AI agents, digital platforms and automation to enhance OD processes.
• Conduct organizational assessments using advanced analytics and AI-enabled insights for executive decisions.
