Job summary

Aldar is hiring an assistant vice president for its enterprise project management office to run strategic projects and lead the office's AI transformation. The role involves taking end-to-end ownership of high-impact programmes, building AI agents and automations, and setting up governance frameworks with milestones and risk escalation.

The candidate will report progress to management and ensure project plans meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a PMO role, managing full lifecycles with 5+ stakeholders
• Experience building and deploying AI tools, agents or automations in business
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power BI and Azure; Agile delivery

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the most strategic projects and programmes in the group
• Build AI agents, automations and tools that improve productivity and management insight
• Set up frameworks, milestones and risk escalation for initiatives, and report progress to management
• Review the quality of project plans and deliverables and manage change requests
