Job summary

Aldar is seeking a seasoned PMO leader to drive the EPMO's AI transformation and manage strategic AI initiatives across the group. You will design, build and govern AI agents, automations and data workflows to improve adoption, governance and outcomes.

You will lead end-to-end project delivery, coordinate with Business Owners, manage interdependencies and report progress to senior management while uplifting project artifacts and quality. This role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in PMO or similar role.
• Experience managing end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact projects with 5+ stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ownership of strategic AI initiatives and programs.
• Develop AI tools, automations and products to boost productivity and insights.
• Design, build and govern AI agents, workflows and data partners.
