First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking a senior VP in Personal Banking Credit to lead end-to-end digital and AI initiatives. The role bridges strategy with execution, ensuring investments deliver measurable commercial value and drives a cultural shift toward digitization across the unit.

The incumbent will coordinate with risk, analytics, and business teams to advance AI-driven lending and portfolio analytics while mentoring staff and promoting cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial services with recent hands-on digitization and AI projects.
• Strong understanding of AI and digitization technologies, data science, and business process transformation.
• Ability to work effectively across organizational levels to drive change.
• Mentor, motivate and help develop the skills of team members.

Responsibilities

• Align with Digitization and AI strategy of Personal Banking credit. Plan roadmap, prioritize initiatives and projects based on impact, risk benefits and resources available.
• Partner with business teams to promote digitization through projects such as PL digitization and participate in steering committee updates.
• Provide support to other segments of credit in their digitization agenda and initiatives.
• Take ownership of full lifecycle of initiatives from ideation to implementation.
• Drive portfolio analytics using AI initiatives to highlight risks and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with risk teams for advanced AI-driven lending models.
