Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in financial services.
• Hands-on digitization and AI project experience.
• Strong understanding of AI, digitization tech, data science, and business process transformation.
• Ability to work across all organizational levels.
• Experience mentoring and developing team members.

Aufgaben

• Align with Digitilization and AI strategy of Personal Banking credit.
• Plan roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on impact, risk, and resources.
• Partner with business teams to promote digitization agendas such as PL digitization.
• Take ownership of the full lifecycle of initiatives from ideation to implementation.
• Drive AI initiatives to support portfolio analytics, highlighting risks and growth opportunities.
• Work with risk teams to develop advanced AI-driven models for lending.
