The role bridges strategy and execution to ensure AI and digital investments deliver measurable commercial value and drive digitization across lending processes.

You will foster a cultural shift toward digitization, collaborate with risk, analytics, and business teams, and ensure alignment with FAB's digital transformation objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial services and digitization projects.
• Hands-on experience in developing digitization and AI projects.
• Ability to drive change across the organization and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Align with AI and digitization strategy of Personal Banking Credit and plan roadmaps.
• Prioritize initiatives based on impact, risk, benefits and available resources.
• Partner with business teams to promote digitization projects launched by the business units.
• Own the full lifecycle from ideation to implementation and support portfolio analytics.
