Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is the UAE's largest bank, delivering personal and private banking services, including credit and mortgages. FAB seeks a senior professional to shape AI and digitization across Personal Banking credit.

You will plan roadmaps, collaborate with business teams, own initiatives end-to-end, and drive AI-led portfolio analytics while working with risk to build advanced lending models.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial services.
• Hands-on digitization and AI project experience.
• Strong understanding of AI, digitization tech, data science, and business process transformation.
• Ability to work across all organizational levels.
• Experience mentoring and developing team members.
