Yello in Dubai, UAE, seeks a senior digital transformation leader to own an enterprise-wide roadmap aligned to growth in hospitality and premium consumer experiences.

You will drive cross-functional initiatives across CX, product, loyalty, CRM, data and digital operations, create a connected customer journey, and coordinate internal teams with technology partners and vendors to deliver innovative loyalty propositions.

Formación

• Proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation programmes within consumer-focused organisations.
• Strong experience across product management, customer experience, CRM, loyalty, data and digital strategy.
• Ability to influence engineering and technology teams without being hands-on.
• Experience operating in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments with a build-from-scratch mindset.
• Background within digitally advanced retail, e-commerce, luxury or hospitality businesses would be highly advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute an enterprise-wide digital transformation roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning customer experience, product, loyalty, CRM, data and digital operations.
• Create a connected, frictionless customer journey that elevates engagement and service delivery.
• Act as the central point of ownership across internal teams, technology partners and external vendors.
• Design and launch innovative membership and loyalty propositions focused on experience, convenience and exclusivity.
