Job summary

Atlantis Dubai is seeking a Director - Digital and CRM to lead the digital guest journey across the resort and its brands. You will drive customer engagement, loyalty and commercial performance by shaping strategy and hands-on delivery.

You will oversee Digital Channels, Guest-Facing Technology, Data Analytics and CRM, guiding product roadmaps, CRM programs and data capabilities. Collaborative leadership with Marketing, IT and Operations is essential to identify opportunities and deliver

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a senior digital leadership role.
• Proven experience managing CRM programs and data initiatives.
• Experience with guest-facing technology and enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead Atlantis Dubai's digital ecosystem and customer engagement strategy.
• Oversee Digital Channels, Guest-Facing Technology, Data Analytics and CRM teams.
• Own and continuously improve the end-to-end digital guest journey.
• Guide the evolution of websites, mobile apps and online booking experiences.
• Shape digital product roadmaps in line with customer and commercial priorities.
• Lead CRM programs and the development of customer data capabilities.
• Oversee customer data platforms and associated digital technologies.
• Identify opportunities to improve personalization, conversion, loyalty and customer retention.
• Use analytics and performance data to guide business and customer-experience decisions.
• Drive continuous innovation across digital platforms and guest-facing technologies.
