Job summary

The ideal candidate has 14+ years in corporate finance and a track record in greenfield market entries, with fluency in Arabic and English, and strong strategic leadership.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic; essential fluency in English.
• Extensive knowledge of two or more CEEMEA sub-regions.
• Minimum 14 years of professional experience with deep expertise in Corporate Finance, Payments, Trade and Working Capital.
• Experience building greenfield businesses and leading new market entries.
• Strong strategic planning with execution capability.
• Senior leader with multi-year proven track record.
• Strong commercial judgment and influencing abilities.
• Ability to build relationships with C-suite and senior management.
• Willingness to travel globally on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Drive the CEEMEA Subsidiary Banking client franchise strategy, coverage model, and revenue growth.
• Lead the team to deliver against financial targets and forward-looking pipeline.
• Develop strategic account plans for targeted clients and coordinate with Partners.
• Serve as regional subsidiary expert and share industry content globally.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage KYC deliverables.
• Collaborate with Payments, DCM, Markets, and Asset Management partners.
