Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in the Middle East is seeking a Vice President in the FIG Sales team to manage and expand relationships with Correspondent Banking clients, delivering Payments product solutions. The role involves driving new business, building a robust pipeline, and coordinating with Payments Executives to enhance service delivery across the bank.

The successful candidate will lead with risk-aware decision making, collaborate across cultures, and maintain strong English and Arabic communication

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services sales focusing on payments.
• Proven ability to develop senior Correspondent Banking relationships.
• Strong leadership, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage risk dynamics and coordinate with internal partners.
• Fluent in English and Arabic in a business environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve new business goals by identifying opportunities with clients and prospects.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential new business wins.
• Maximize profitability through pricing, product extensions and cross-selling.
• Partner with Payments Executives to execute sales strategies and expand market share.
• Conduct financial and market analysis to support proposals.
• Manage client onboarding processes including compliance reviews and KYC/AML.
• Prepare client account plans and portfolio management reports.
• Coordinate cross-sell opportunities across the bank.
• Raise and escalate business issues related to risk and compliance.
