Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking a senior leader to own and drive the Cash Product Management across UAE & international markets. You will steer end-to-end product development, pricing, and commercialization of payments propositions, balancing regulatory requirements with client needs and long-term strategic aims.

The role requires deep experience in Payments/Cash Management, strong P/L discipline, and the ability to collaborate with regulators, banks, and fintechs to maintain FAB's market

Qualifications

• End-to-end product launches experience.
• Strong P/L management for fee-based income.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and communicate solutions.
• Experience with Payments/Cash Management products.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and commercialization of cash management products across local and international markets.
• Drive P/L and revenue growth for payment propositions and ensure alignment with FAB strategy.
• Collaborate with regulators, banks, and partners to enable market-leading solutions.
• Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch, including pricing and go-to-market.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, IT, Ops and Risk to deliver client-focused outcomes.
• Own governance, UAT, and performance tracking for payment propositions.
