Job summary

Aldar Properties PJSC is seeking a senior leader to drive portfolio-wide programme planning, governance and performance management across the D-Sell development portfolio from our Abu Dhabi HQ. You will establish integrated portfolio plans, monitor delivery performance, risks and dependencies, ensure alignment with Compass Gateway governance and provide executive reporting for timely decisions.

The role requires 14+ years in programme, portfolio or project controls within real estate development

Qualifications

14+ years in programme, portfolio or project controls within real estate development or major infrastructure.
Minimum 6 years leading portfolio planning.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction or Project Management.
Master's degree preferred.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain integrated portfolio programmes across all D-Sell projects.
Monitor milestones, dependencies, programme health and delivery KPIs.
Drive planning consistency across all D-Sell Pods and produce executive dashboards.
Review Gateway submissions and ensure governance compliance.
Coordinate planning across Design, Delivery, Procurement, Commercial and Finance.
Lead and develop the portfolio planning function and team.
