Qualifications

• Minimum 14+ years in asset management or investment within REIT, fund or developer.
• At least 7 years in residential or commercial asset management or property investment.
• 6+ years in managerial roles leading teams and service providers.
• Deep knowledge of UAE residential market dynamics, leasing and competition.

Responsibilities

• Own the asset management strategy and business plan for the portfolio.
• Lead leasing, pricing, retention and asset commercialization strategies.
• Drive asset enhancement, repositioning and value creation initiatives.
• Oversee property/facility management and external operators against KPIs.
• Leverage AI, analytics and market intelligence to improve forecasts and decisions.
