Job summary

7X Group seeks a senior leader to define and drive the asset portfolio strategy across logistics properties in the UAE. You will set land and asset pathways, optimise CAPEX, and oversee the four functional heads in Projects, Engineering, Development, Facilities, Asset Lifecycle, Leasing, Commercial Assets, and Logistics Growth.

You will manage senior stakeholders, track performance, and lead a lean team to deliver value, with a focus on returns, occupancy, lifecycle cost, and commercially driven

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years in logistics/industrial real estate, asset management, infrastructure or property development.
• Strong asset-owner mindset with portfolio management and commercial acumen.
• Experience in guiding senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy for the logistics asset portfolio to maximise value and returns.
• Determine strategic pathways for assets: retain, optimise, redevelop, lease or dispose.
• Lead land strategy including activation and land use optimisation.
• Oversee CAPEX prioritisation across refurbishment and development needs.
• Provide governance and performance management across four functional heads.
• Hold heads accountable for delivery on time, budget, quality and HSE.
