Job summary

Aldar Properties PJSC seeks an experienced wealth management leader to develop and execute strategies focused on real estate investments for high-net-worth clients and institutions. You will identify growth through partnerships, manage key relationships, and guide JV, BTS, and land sale opportunities to drive revenue and client satisfaction.

You will oversee tailored investment portfolios, provide expert financial guidance, and ensure regulatory compliance while staying ahead of UAE real estate

Qualifications

• Min of 10+ years of experience in wealth management within real estate or a developer firm preferred.
• Strong track record in business development and revenue growth in real estate wealth management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence at executive levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute wealth management strategies aligned with sales objectives.
• Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth clients and institutional investors in real estate.
• Identify growth opportunities through partnerships with financial institutions.
