Al-Futtaim Real Estate seeks a Director of Residential & Commercial Asset Management to lead strategic and operational performance for Dubai assets. You will drive NOI growth, leasing strategy, and service charge governance while ensuring high tenant satisfaction and robust ROI across a diversified portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven strategic financial and commercial acumen with P&L ownership.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement across large teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional asset management, leasing, and FM operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset management strategies for Dubai assets, aligning with long‑term financial goals.
• Oversee leasing, tenant mix, and service charge governance across residential and commercial assets.
• Manage capex planning, budgets, and ROI tracking with Finance.
• Direct facilities management and maintenance programs to meet KPIs and safety standards.
• Drive tenant relations, renewals, and high occupancy with market-aligned pricing.
• Mentor and lead the asset management team across multiple properties.
