Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced VPs of clinical operations to help train our language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across clinical study reports, protocol synopses, investigator brochures, and regulatory dossiers.

Fully remote, 5–20 hours per week, ASAP start. Requires 5+ years in clinical research or regulatory affairs, deep ICH-GCP familiarity, and expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide

Qualifications

• Direct experience authoring or reviewing clinical study reports, protocol synopses, or regulatory dossier modules for a pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO organization
• Deep familiarity with ICH-GCP standards, FDA/EMA regulatory expectations, and the scientific rigor required in investigator brochures and medical affairs materials
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: clinical study reports, protocol synopses, investigator brochures, regulatory dossier modules, medical affairs slide decks, and publication plans
• Maintain strict adherence to regulatory standards and ensure high-quality, precise outputs
