Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced clinical and biomedical specialists to train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across CSR, protocols, investigator brochures, and regulatory modules.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in clinical research, biomedical science, or regulatory affairs with strong written communication and attention to detail. This is a flexible, remote role with 5-20 hours per week and ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Direct experience authoring or reviewing clinical study reports, protocol synopses, or regulatory dossier modules for pharma/biotech/CRO.
• Deep familiarity with ICH-GCP standards, FDA/EMA regulatory expectations, and scientific rigor in investigator brochures and medical affairs materials.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated clinical and biomedical documents across core workflows (CSR, protocols, regulatory dossiers).
• Work with pharma/biotech/regulatory teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and clarity of materials.
• Assess and improve document quality, consistency, and scientific rigor for publication plans and medical affairs decks.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to align outputs with regulatory expectations and industry standards.
