Qualifications

• 5+ years in hospital operations, health system consulting, or care delivery redesign with direct ownership of patient throughput and service line performance work.
• Experience building staffing, reimbursement, or patient throughput models used to brief hospital executives or health system leadership.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for professional workflows.
• Develop patient throughput and bed utilization models for hospital settings.
• Design care pathway and clinical workflow redesign proposals to improve effectiveness.
• Build hospital service line performance dashboards for leadership review.
• Prepare staffing ratio and labor cost optimization analyses.
