Job summary

Ethos is seeking directors of hospital operations to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. Candidates should have 5+ years in hospital operations, health system consulting, or care delivery redesign, with direct ownership of throughput and service line performance work.

The role is fully remote, with flexible hours (5-20 per week) and start ASAP; compensation is $100 per hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hospital operations, health system consulting, or care delivery redesign, with direct ownership of throughput and service line performance work.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core hospital workflows.
• Develop models for patient throughput, bed utilization, care pathways, and staffing/reimbursement analyses.
• Brief hospital executives or health system leadership using staffing and throughput models.
