Job summary

Ethos is seeking a VP of healthcare operations for a flexible remote engagement. You will train and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across hospital workflows, including throughput, care redesign, and dashboards.

The role requires leading with clinical and operational insights and delivering executive-ready materials. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in hospital operations or health system consulting, with a proven track record in staffing, reimbursement, or patient

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hospital operations, health system consulting, or care delivery redesign.
• Experience building staffing, reimbursement, or patient throughput models used to brief hospital executives or health system leadership.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work remotely 5–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (patient throughput, care redesign, dashboards, and cost models).
• Collaborate with clients and teams to translate clinical processes into executive-ready materials.
• Provide high-quality, precise outputs and maintain schedule consistency for engagements.
