Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced heads of privacy to train their language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This is a fully remote, flexible role offering 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start.

Ideal candidates will own DPIAs, RoPA, GDPR/CCPA gap assessments, and will draft privacy notices and vendor data-processing agreements, ensuring regulatory scrutiny is met while producing high-quality documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data privacy or regulatory compliance with DPIA ownership and RoPA duties.
• Experience drafting privacy notices and vendor data-processing agreements that withstand regulator and customer scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Ensure DPIAs, RoPA, GDPR/CCPA gap assessments are accurate and up-to-date.
• Draft privacy notices and vendor DPAs that meet regulator and customer scrutiny.
