Job summary

Ethos seeks a VP of market intelligence to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote role offers flexible 5–20 hours per week with an ASAP start, compensating at $70/hour.

Candidates should have 4+ years in market research, competitive intelligence, or benchmarking, plus experience building market sizing models and pricing matrices, and expert-level document/spreadsheet/slides craft.

Qualifications

• 4+ years conducting market research, competitive intelligence, or industry benchmarking analysis in an agency, consulting, or in-house strategy role.
• Direct experience building market sizing models, competitor battlecards, or pricing comparison matrices used to inform go-to-market or product decisions.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents and decks across core workflows (competitive landscape, market sizing, win/loss analyses).
• Support go-to-market and product decisions with rigorous market insights.
