Job summary

Achieve Test Prep is seeking a Ship Operations Executive based in Dubai to support dry cargo vessel operations. This role involves planning and optimizing voyages, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high operational standards.

The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in Maritime Studies, and possess strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Opportunities for learning and development are provided in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a ship officer or in vessel operations or shipping coordination is an advantage.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Familiarity with IMOS or similar systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimise voyages in line with charter party terms and operational requirements.
• Coordinate voyage logistics with vessel masters, chartering teams, port agents, and bunker suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with voyage orders, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
