• Coordinate voyage logistics with vessel masters, chartering teams, port agents, and bunker suppliers

• Control voyage‑related costs including agent appointments, port disbursements, and bunker procurement
• Maintain strong working relationships with brokers, agents, and service providers
• Manage accurate voyage data and documentation using IMOS or similar operational systems
• Support sustainability initiatives through fuel‑efficient and environmentally responsible practices
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational excellence
• Coordinate with insurance teams on voyage incidents, claims, and P and I matters
