DP World in Dubai is seeking a Vessel Compliance and Operations Coordinator to ensure regulatory compliance and technical coordination for marine vessels. You will oversee adherence to international maritime standards while providing support across fleet operations.

The ideal candidate has a degree in a relevant discipline and experience in marine compliance or operations. The role offers a collaborative environment focused on safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in offshore vessel management, marine compliance or fleet operations.
• Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and marine operating standards.
• Familiarity with PSC inspections, vessel audits and certification processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage high pressure operational environments.

Responsabilités

• Ensure assigned vessels comply with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISM, MLC, ISPS.
• Support implementation of company SMS and BMS requirements across fleet operations.
• Monitor client concerns, audit findings and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with fleet and technical teams on class and statutory survey due dates.
• Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
