Achieve Test Prep is seeking a Petroleum Trading Operations Executive in Dubai to manage end-to-end cargo execution within an oil and gas trading environment. The candidate will coordinate daily operations, handle shipping documentation, and ensure compliance, supporting functions from contract finalization to cargo delivery.

This full-time role requires a degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 2 years of operational experience. The role offers competitive compensation and opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic trading setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of operational experience within the oil and gas sector.
• Experience supporting petroleum cargo operations is preferred.
• Strong understanding of shipping documentation and trade finance instruments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily petroleum cargo operations from deal recap to final discharge.
• Prepare, review, and manage contracts related to cargo execution.
• Handle shipping and banking documentation including Letters of Credit and Bills of Lading.
• Liaise with shipping agents, surveyors, inspectors, and insurance providers.
• Monitor laytime calculations and manage demurrage processes.
• Update trading systems with accurate cargo movement and documentation data.
• Support load and discharge operations while resolving operational challenges.
• Coordinate back-to-back trade execution with internal trading and finance teams.
• Maintain communication with external counterparties to ensure smooth transaction flow.
