WVG Group – World Visa Guide in Dubai seeks a motivated Visa Consultant Sales to advise clients on visa options, convert leads into clients, and drive the sales process while ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the visa journey.

The role requires strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills, with fluent English and Arabic language aptitude advantageous. You will engage via WhatsApp, phone, and social channels, targeting sustained client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in visa consultancy, immigration, travel, tourism, or sales is preferred.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of visa procedures and travel documentation.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong WhatsApp, CRM, Microsoft Office, and computer skills.
• Target-oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Professional appearance and excellent customer-service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Consult clients on visa options and requirements.
• Convert leads into paying clients.
• Manage the sales process and pipeline.
• Prepare quotations and explain services and packages.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain records of leads, payments, and activities.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the visa journey.
• Coordinate with processing and operations teams.
