Job summary

TRIPALLYS TOURISM LLC in Dubai seeks a Sales Manager for Global Visa Services to drive revenue through strategy, client leadership, and team development. You will manage a sales team, set targets, and lead initiatives to expand visa services worldwide.

The role requires 5+ years in sales (2+ in management) within tourism or visa services, excellent communication, and strong negotiation skills. Office-based with travel opportunities in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role in tourism or visa services.
• Strong understanding of global visa requirements and application processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share goals for global visa services.
• Identify and approach potential clients, build long-term relationships, and ensure repeat business.
• Recruit, train, and manage a sales team, providing coaching and performance reviews.
