Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking a Visa Sales Executive / Immigration Sales Consultant to join our Dubai sales team. This is a target-driven B2C role focused on converting leads into paying clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.

You will understand visa, immigration, travel and work permit requirements, clearly explain services and fees, maintain follow-up, and coordinate with operations after closing to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales experience.
• B2C sales and direct closing experience.
• Experience in visa, immigration, travel or related service sales preferred.
• Proven record of working with monthly sales targets.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Understand clients' visa, immigration, travel and work permit requirements.
• Clearly explain available services, procedures, requirements and fees.
• Convert qualified leads into paying clients.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
• Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively.
• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and sales records.
• Coordinate with the processing/operations team after closing.
• Generate referrals and identify new sales opportunities.
