Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Visa Consultant Sales to join WVG Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for consulting clients on suitable visa options, converting leads into clients, managing the sales process, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the visa application journey.

Key Responsibilities

Visa Consultancy

• Understand clients’ travel, immigration, and Schengen ,USA ,Canada visa requirements.
• Conduct initial client assessments and identify suitable visa options.
• Explain visa requirements, procedures, timelines, and service fees clearly.
• Review client documents and identify missing or incorrect information.
• Coordinate with the visa processing and operations teams to ensure smooth case handling.
• Stay updated on relevant visa requirements and procedural changes.

Sales

• Handle incoming leads through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and other channels.
• Convert qualified leads into paying clients.
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Prepare quotations and explain WVG services and packages.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and generate referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, payments, and sales activities.

Customer Service

• Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the process.
• Provide timely updates and respond to client inquiries.
• Handle objections and concerns professionally.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

• Previous experience in visa consultancy, immigration, travel, tourism, or sales is preferred.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of visa procedures and travel documentation.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong WhatsApp, CRM, Microsoft Office, and computer skills.
• Target-oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Professional appearance and excellent customer-service attitude.
