Responsibilities

• Respond to visa inquiries by phone, email and online channels, and turn them into confirmed applications.
• Promote and sell visa services for multiple destinations, including tourist, business and visit visas.
• Review each client’s profile and recommend the best-fit visa option.
• Explain requirements, documents, processing times and fees clearly and confidently.
• Hit and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Work closely with documentation and operations teams to move applications smoothly.
• Keep clients informed with timely status updates and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate client records, lead tracking and sales reports.

About the Role

Every day, people reach out to us because they want to travel, study, do business or reunite with family abroad. As our Global Visa Sales Consultant, you’ll be the trusted voice that guides them from “Can I get a visa?” to “My visa is approved!”

You’ll advise clients by phone and online, match them with the right visa solution, and close sales across a wide range of destinations. If you love consultative selling and helping people, this is a role where your results are rewarded.
