Qualifications

• Proven experience in visa sales.
• Knowledge of visa requirements for major destinations (Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia).
• Excellent communication, sales and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven mindset for a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence handling clients by phone and across digital channels.
• CRM and MS Office skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to visa inquiries by phone, email and online channels, and turn them into confirmed applications.
• Promote and sell visa services for multiple destinations, including tourist, business and visit visas.
• Review each client’s profile and recommend the best-fit visa option.
• Explain requirements, documents, processing times and fees clearly and confidently.
• Hit and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Work closely with documentation and operations teams to move applications smoothly.
• Keep clients informed with timely status updates and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate client records, lead tracking and sales reports.
