Job summary

Fly On Travel Tourism LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Visa Executive to manage global visa applications, including Schengen, UK, US, Australia, Japan, New Zealand, China and Canada. The role involves handling inquiries, quoting, and guiding clients through end-to-end visa processes.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of global visa handling experience, a bachelor’s degree in tourism or hospitality, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in global visa handling.
• Schengen and UK visa knowledge mandatory.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle client enquiries, provide quotes, and follow up.
• Process end-to-end visa applications for multiple destinations.
• Advise clients on eligibility documents and requirements.
• Prepare and review visa forms, cover letters, and documents.
• Manage appointments with consulates and visa centres.
• Coordinate with operations for tickets, insurance, and travel packages.
• Ensure compliance with latest embassy guidelines.

We are seeking an experienced Visa Executive to manage global visa applications including Schengen UK US Australia Japan New Zealand China and Canada

Responsibilities

• Handle client enquiries advise quote and follow up


• Handle end-to-end visa applications for Schengen UK US Australia Japan New Zealand China Canada


• Advise clients on eligibility documentation and requirements


• Prepare and review visa forms cover letters and supporting documents


• Manage appointments with consulates visa centres


• Coordinate with operations for ticketing insurance and travel packages


• Ensure compliance with latest embassy guidelines
