Job summary

Talent Higher seeks a detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive - Visa/ICA to support visa processing, coordinate applications, and ensure a smooth client experience throughout the immigration process.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of ICA systems and UAE visa procedures, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in UAE visa processing, immigration services, or client servicing in a corporate setup.
• Hands-on knowledge of ICA systems, UAE visa procedures, residency applications, and dependent visas.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines.
• Experience using ERP systems, trackers, Microsoft Office, and email communication.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and submit visa applications through the ICA system in line with documents, timelines, and internal standards.
• Review applications received through ERP, identify missing requirements, and coordinate solutions to avoid delays or rejections.
• Follow up on pending and historical applications, resubmit where required, and maintain accurate status updates.
• Process medical applications, coordinate with medical centres, and release forms and results to clients.
• Coordinate dependent-visa documentation and liaise with PROs and typing centres through to residency approval.
• Update ERP systems, tracker sheets, PRO sheets, and daily task records accurately and promptly.
• Respond to client servicing and sales-team enquiries via email and in person.
• Support the visa team with application processing, reporting, filing, document preparation, and day-to-day operational requirements.
• Share ICA-system updates and process knowledge with team members.
• Escalate system updates, application issues, and operational challenges to senior operations.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with SOPs, UAE immigration rules, and company policies.
