Job summary

Bâoli Dubai, a dynamic restaurant, poolside and nightlife hotspot, is seeking a polished VIP Waiter to deliver exceptional service to our VIP guests across day-to-night service.

You will anticipate guest needs, maintain discretion, coordinate with bartenders and kitchen, and ensure flawless presentation and billing for VIP sections. English required; additional languages a plus. Minimum 2 years in luxury hospitality; shifts include weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate order-taking and billing for VIP sections.
• Support bottle and champagne service presentation with the bar team.
• Build rapport with VIP guests, regulars, and hosts to encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain immaculate table presentation and setup during day-to-night transitions.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing standards.

We are looking for a polished and attentive VIP Waiter to deliver an exceptional service experience to our VIP guests, combining precision, warmth, and discretion across our day-to-night service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver attentive, high-standard food and beverage service to VIP tables, cabanas, and sunbeds.
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain a proactive, discreet presence throughout service.
• Coordinate closely with bartenders, kitchen, and floor management to ensure seamless VIP table flow.
• Maintain accurate order-taking and billing for VIP sections.
• Support bottle and champagne service presentation alongside the bar team.
• Build rapport with VIP guests, regulars, and hosts to enhance repeat visits.
• Maintain immaculate table presentation and setup throughout service, including resets during the day-to-night transition.
• Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing standards.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Waiter/Server within luxury hotels, fine dining, beach clubs, or high-end hospitality venues.
• Strong understanding of VIP/fine dining service standards and etiquette.
• Ability to remain composed and attentive during high-volume, fast-paced peak periods.Elegant, guest-facing presence and grooming standard suited to a premium, image-conscious brand.
• Good English communication skills; French, Arabic, or Russian an advantage given the clientele.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
