Job summary

Bâoli Dubai, a dynamic restaurant, poolside and nightlife hotspot, seeks an experienced Head Waiter to lead floor service and uphold the guest experience across day-to-night operations. You will oversee waitstaff, set service standards, train and mentor the team, and coordinate with VIP guests and other departments to ensure seamless service.

Strong leadership and VIP etiquette are essential. Fluency in English is required; French, Arabic, or Russian are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years experience as a Waiter, including 1 year in a Head Waiter, Captain, or senior floor role.
• Experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, or high-end beach club/restaurant venues.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills with ability to lead by example during peak service periods.
• Deep understanding of VIP/fine dining service etiquette and standards.
• Good English communication; French, Arabic, or Russian is an advantage.

• Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards.

We are looking for an experienced Head Waiter to lead floor service, setting the standard for guest experience and ensuring seamless execution across our day-to-night service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the waitstaff team during service, ensuring consistent, high-standard execution across all tables and sections.

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
