Job summary

Bâoli Dubai is seeking a skilled Mixologist - Bartender to deliver fast, high-quality drinks across our day-to-night service in a premium Dubai venue.

You will prepare cocktails, manage bar operations, and support VIP service while maintaining UAE licensing compliance and bar hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years bartending experience in hotels, restaurants, beach clubs or nightlife venues.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits and bar operations.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under high-volume service.
• Presentable, guest-facing manner suitable for a premium venue.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a full range of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Maintain speed and accuracy during peak periods, including brunch and sunset-to-night transition.
• Set up and break down the bar, manage mise en place and stock.
• Support VIP and bottle service with senior staff when required.
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol and compliance with UAE licensing regulations.
• Keep bar area clean and hygienic at all times.
• Coordinate with floor and kitchen teams for smooth service.
• Handle cash/POS transactions accurately.

We are looking for a skilled Mixologist - Bartender to deliver fast, consistent, high-quality drinks across our day-to-night service, keeping pace with the venue's energy from poolside to party.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a full range of beverages — classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks — to Bâoli's quality and consistency standards.
• Maintain speed and accuracy during high-volume peak periods, including weekend brunch and the sunset-to-night transition.
• Set up and break down the bar station, maintaining mise en place and stock levels throughout service.
• Support VIP and bottle service alongside senior bar staff when required.
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol and full compliance with UAE licensing regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the bar station at all times.
• Coordinate with floor and kitchen teams to ensure smooth, timely service.
• Handle cash/POS transactions accurately.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 1-2 years' bartending experience within hotels, restaurants, beach clubs, or nightlife venues.
• Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and bar operations.
• Ability to work at pace during high-volume, fast-paced service.
• Well-presented, guest-facing manner suited to a premium venue.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
