Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Waitress/Server in luxury hotels, beach clubs, or high-end venues.
• Strong understanding of VIP/fine dining service standards and etiquette.
• Ability to stay composed and attentive during high-volume, fast-paced periods.
• Elegant, guest-facing presence and grooming standards.
• Good English communication; French or Russian a plus with VIP clientele.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

• Deliver attentive, high-standard food and beverage service to VIP tables, cabanas, and sunbeds.
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain a proactive, discreet presence throughout service.
• Coordinate closely with bartenders, kitchen, and floor management to ensure seamless VIP table flow.
• Maintain accurate order-taking and billing for VIP sections.
• Build rapport with VIP guests, regulars, and hosts to enhance repeat visits.
• Maintain immaculate table presentation and setup throughout service, including resets during the day-to-night transition.
• Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing standards.

Ideal Candidate:
