Job summary

Bâoli Dubai is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Floor to oversee daily floor operations, ensuring smooth, high-standard service across peak season. You will support the Floor/Restaurant Manager, manage shift staffing, floor allocation, and service flow, and coordinate with kitchen, bar and Guest Relations to maintain guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years on the floor with 1–2 years in supervision, experience in luxury settings, strong leadership, and fluent English;

Responsibilities

• Handle escalated guest issues and service recovery on the floor.

• Support pre-service briefings and floor readiness ahead of peak periods and events.
• Monitor floor presentation, cleanliness, and setup standards throughout service.
• Support end-of-shift reporting and handover to management.
• Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards.

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Floor to support the operational running of the floor on a seasonal basis, ensuring smooth, high-standard service across our peak season.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Floor/Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily floor operations across shifts. Manage shift-level staffing, floor allocation, and service flow across sections during peak season. Oversee the Head Waiter and waitstaff team, ensuring service standards and pace are maintained. Handle escalated guest issues and service recovery on the floor. Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar, and Guest Relations to align floor operations with guest flow. Support pre-service briefings and floor readiness ahead of peak periods and events. Monitor floor presentation, cleanliness, and setup standards throughout service. Support end-of-shift reporting and handover to management. Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards.

Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 3-4 years' floor/service experience, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant management capacity. Experience within luxury hotels, fine dining, or high-end beach club/restaurant venues. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a floor team under high-volume, fast-paced conditions. Comfortable working a fixed-term seasonal contract. Good English communication skills; French, Arabic, or Russian an advantage. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays throughout the season.
