Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Waitress/Server in luxury hotels, beach clubs, or high-end venues.
• Strong understanding of VIP/fine dining service standards and etiquette.
• Ability to stay composed and attentive during high-volume, fast-paced periods.
• Elegant, guest-facing presence and grooming standards.
• Good English communication; French or Russian a plus with VIP clientele.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, high-standard service to VIP tables, cabanas, and sunbeds.
• Anticipate guest needs with discreet presence throughout service.
• Coordinate with bartenders, kitchen, and floor management for seamless VIP flow.
• Maintain accurate order-taking and billing for VIP sections.

• Maintain impeccable table presentation and setup during day-to-night transitions.
