Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to guests in our elegant restaurants and bars, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages with grace and efficiency, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Possess a thorough knowledge of the menu and beverage list, confidently recommending dishes and beverages to guests.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and a friendly, courteous demeanor at all times.
• Anticipate guest needs, proactively addressing any requests or concerns.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience working as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting.
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and create a memorable dining experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable personality.
• Pleasant appearance and a professional demeanor.
