Job summary

Bâoli Dubai, a dynamic restaurant, poolside and nightlife hotspot, is seeking a proactive Reservation Agent to manage incoming bookings and deliver a smooth, accurate guest experience.

You will handle requests via phone, email, and online channels, enter and maintain guest details in the reservations system, confirm and adjust bookings, and coordinate with the Reservation Supervisor to optimize capacity during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in reservations or guest services.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online channels promptly and accurately.
• Enter and maintain guest booking details in the reservations system, ensuring accuracy of party size, timing, and special requests.
• Confirm, modify, and follow up on bookings, including deposits and cancellation policies where applicable.
• Communicate clearly with guests on availability, table types, and venue policies.
• Coordinate with the Reservation Supervisor and floor team on capacity, table allocation, and peak-period booking flow.
• Flag VIP, high-priority, or special-occasion bookings to the Reservation Supervisor/Guest Relations Manager.
• Maintain accurate guest records and preferences within the system.
• Support administrative tasks related to reservations reporting and daily booking sheets.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Reservation Agent to manage incoming bookings and deliver a smooth, accurate reservation experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online channels promptly and accurately.
• Enter and maintain guest booking details in the reservations system, ensuring accuracy of party size, timing, and special requests.
• Confirm, modify, and follow up on bookings, including deposits and cancellation policies where applicable.
• Communicate clearly with guests on availability, table types, and venue policies.
• Coordinate with the Reservation Supervisor and floor team on capacity, table allocation, and peak-period booking flow.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 1 year' experience in a Reservations, Guest Services, or similar guest-facing role within hotels, restaurants, or beach clubs.
• Strong phone and written communication skills — this is a guest-facing, front-of-house role, not administrative back-office work.
• Comfortable using reservation/booking management systems.
• High attention to detail and accuracy under high call/booking volume.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic, French, or Russian an advantage.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
