Job summary

Addmind, a leading hospitality group in the Middle East, seeks a VIP Waiter for Ushuaia Dubai Harbour Experience. Seasonal role in Dubai, delivering high-touch F&B service to VIP guests, leveraging product knowledge and networking to drive bookings and experiences.

Responsibilities include acquiring VIP clients, managing relationships, coordinating events, promoting table reservations and bottle service, and reporting activity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, business, or marketing is an advantage.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in VIP relations, business development, or sales within nightlife, F&B, or premium hospitality venues.
• Established network of VIP clients and industry contacts within Dubai is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of meeting sales or booking targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional presentation.

Addmind is a privately owned hospitality group and the leading food and beverage management and concept creation company in the Middle East, with a growing international portfolio of restaurants, bars and lounges, beach clubs, nightlife venues, and hotels.

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional VIP Waiter to join our growing Ushuaia team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will deliver an excellent guest experience by providing efficient, high-quality food and beverage service. This position requires strong product knowledge, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy beach club environment.

Key Responsibilities

VIP Client Acquisition & Business Development

• Proactively identify, approach, and onboard new VIP clients and groups.
• Build and maintain a strong personal network of VIP guests, promoters, and industry contacts.
• Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, social events, and market presence.
• Meet and exceed individual booking and revenue targets set by management.

Guest Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with VIP clients to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
• Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests before, during, and after their visit.
• Understand and anticipate client preferences to deliver a tailored, high-touch experience.
• Handle client requests, special occasions, and last-minute changes with discretion and professionalism.
• Drive table reservations, bottle service sales, and event packages to VIP clients.
• Promote upcoming events, artist line-ups, and experiences to the VIP client base.
• Negotiate and coordinate special arrangements, packages, and group bookings.
• Work closely with the marketing and events team to align outreach with promotional calendars.

Networking & Market Representation

• Represent the venue at industry events, partner venues, and social occasions to expand the client network.
• Build relationships with hotels, concierges, promoters, and other referral partners across Dubai.
• Stay current on competitor venues, market trends, and the broader VIP nightlife landscape.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Addmind and Ushuaia Dubai Harbour Experience at all times.

Reporting & Client Documentation

• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date VIP client database, including preferences and booking history.
• Track leads, conversions, and revenue generated against personal and team targets.
• Provide regular reports to management on business development activity and pipeline.
• Report market feedback, client insights, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Coordinate bookings, deposits, and billing arrangements in line with company procedures.
• Liaise with floor and table service teams to ensure VIP client expectations are met on-site.
• Support shift handovers, briefings, and administrative tasks related to VIP accounts.
• Manage guest-related data entry and reservation notes accurately.

Requirements
