We are seeking a warm, well-presented, and highly organized Guest Relations Representative to join our Be Beach team in Dubai on a seasonal basis. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and memorable experience from arrival to departure. This position requires excellent communication skills, a genuine passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle a fast-paced, high-profile venue environment with grace and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Relations
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Build strong relationships with regular guests, VIPs, and members to encourage loyalty.
- Provide guests with information on venue offerings, promotions, and upcoming events.
- Ensure a seamless and consistent guest journey aligned with brand standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, VIPs, corporate clients, concierges, and event organizers to encourage repeat visits and long‑term loyalty.
- Identify opportunities to increase reservations, private events, and group bookings through proactive guest engagement.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date database of VIP guests, corporate accounts, and key contacts, ensuring regular engagement and personalized communication.
- Support the Events and Sales teams in securing private dining, celebrations, corporate functions, and special occasions.
Guest Welcome & Front Desk Management
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
- Manage guest arrivals, reservations, and seating coordination in collaboration with the venue team.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and messages promptly, providing accurate information on bookings and venue offerings.
- Maintain a polished and organized reception/front‑of‑house area at all times.
Reservations & Guest Coordination
- Manage table and event reservations, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmations.
- Coordinate with hosts, floor managers, and service teams to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Track guest preferences, special requests, and VIP requirements to personalize the experience.
- Liaise with the marketing and events team on guest lists and reservation priorities.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate guest records, reservation logs, and correspondence.
- Prepare daily reports on guest numbers, reservations, and notable feedback.
- Ensure guest data is handled accurately and in compliance with company standards.
- Keep front‑of‑house documentation up to date and easily accessible.

- Support the team in managing overbookings, last‑minute changes, or scheduling conflicts.

- Assist with basic billing, invoicing, or deposit tracking where required.
- Support procurement of front‑of‑house supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and guest‑related data entry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in guest relations, front desk, reception, or a similar customer‑facing role.
- Previous experience within the hospitality, nightlife, F&B, or entertainment industry is essential.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reservations and guest requests simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Polished, professional presentation and a genuine passion for guest service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late nights in line with venue and event schedules.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to remain composed under pressure.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
