Job summary

Sanvi Engineering And Business Consulting Solutions in Dubai is seeking a VIP Support Engineer to deliver dedicated white-glove technical support to Ministry executives, resolving issues end-to-end across the full technology stack with discretion and speed.

You will be the single point of contact for a group of executives, owning incidents across desktop to storage and coordinating with security and vendors while ensuring a seamless executive experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive executive support including meeting readiness and travel preparation.
• Deliver full Microsoft Teams support including Rooms and events.
• Manage executive mailbox, calendar delegation and Exchange Online issues.
• Perform server and storage administration in a Windows environment.
• Troubleshoot connectivity including VPN and secure access for executives.
• Coordinate with vendors, L3 teams and security to ensure seamless executive experience.
• Provide on-site presence at high-profile events and sessions.

• ROLE TITLE:* VIP Support Engineer
• Function:* VIP Support
• Salary Band:* AED 10000 - 12000 / month (all-inclusive)
• Location:* Dubai, UAE
• Hiring For:* IT Managed Services & Consulting Company
• Experience Required:* 6-10 years, minimum 2 in a VIP or executive support capacity in Managed Services
• Reports To:* VIP Support Lead
• Language Requirement:* Arabic MUST + English

Role Purpose

Deliver dedicated white-glove technical support to Ministry executive leadership and their offices, resolving issues end-to-end across the full technology stack with discretion, speed and minimal escalation.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as named single point of contact for an assigned group of executives and their support staff.
• Own incidents to resolution across desktop, mobile, collaboration, server and storage layers regardless of tier boundaries.
• Provide proactive support - pre-meeting readiness checks, board and council session support, executive travel preparation and device health monitoring.
• Deliver full Microsoft Teams support including Teams Rooms, live events, town halls and audio/video quality troubleshooting.
• Manage executive mailbox, calendar delegation, archiving and Exchange Online issues.
• Perform Wintel server and storage administration tasks supporting the executive environment.
• Troubleshoot connectivity for executive areas, home offices and remote working, including VPN and secure access.
• Coordinate vendors, L3 teams and security functions while retaining full ownership of the executive user experience.
• Provide on-site presence at Ministry events, ceremonies and high-profile sessions.
• Maintain absolute confidentiality over all information encountered in the course of support.

Required Technical Skills

• Wintel - Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP.
• Storage - SAN and NAS fundamentals, file services, NTFS permissions, backup and restore operations.
• Microsoft - Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID.
• Teams - full administration and troubleshooting including Teams Rooms, peripherals and meeting quality analysis.
• Networking - solid working knowledge of TCP/IP, routing fundamentals, VPN, Wi-Fi and firewall concepts.
• Endpoint security tooling, encryption and mobile device management.
• Windows 10/11 advanced troubleshooting and performance tuning.

Qualifications & Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Preferred: MCSA/MCSE, Microsoft 365 Certified, CCNA, ITIL Foundation.

Other Requirements

• Arabic MUST - Mandatory & Non-Negotiable. Candidates without fluent Arabic will not be considered.
• Must have English proficiency as well.
• Prior experience with an IT Managed Services & Consulting Company is mandatory.
• Executive-appropriate presence, communication style and grooming.
• Flexibility for out-of-hours support and executive travel windows.
• High degree of discretion; must be comfortable operating around confidential material.
• Clean police clearance and security vetting.
