Job summary
Alpha Data LLC. is seeking a VIP Support Engineer to deliver dedicated IT support for Ministry executives. Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory, with discretion for confidential material.
The role covers desktop, server, storage, collaboration, and network aspects, plus on-site presence at high-profile events. The ideal candidate will understand education-sector IT estates, calendar-driven service demand, and safeguarding obligations, with out-of-hours flexibility and strong security
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Preferred certifications listed in Education & Certifications.
Responsibilities
- Act as named single point of contact for a group of executives and their staff.
- Own incidents to resolution across desktop, mobile, collaboration, server and storage layers.
- Provide proactive support including pre-meeting readiness checks and executive travel preparation.
- Deliver full Microsoft Teams support including Teams Rooms and live events.
- Manage executive mailbox, calendar delegation, archiving and Exchange Online issues.
- Perform Windows server and storage administration for the executive environment.
- Troubleshoot connectivity for executive areas, home offices and VPN security.
