Job summary

Binance VIP & Institutional team is seeking a results-driven sales professional to acquire and grow a portfolio of global institutional and VIP clients. The role focuses on building trust, expanding relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver premium crypto solutions.

You will work in a remote, global environment, travel for bespoke events, and collaborate with regional teams to meet sales KPIs. Fluency in English and Arabic is required to coordinate with overseas partners.

Qualifications

Proven track record hitting sales KPIs.
Experience using CRM tools for pipeline management.
Ability to work autonomously within a sales team and coordinate with regional teams.
Experience attending and hosting events to acquire new customers.
Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
Passion for crypto and understanding of crypto markets.

Responsibilities

Acquire and develop trust with a portfolio of global institutional/VIP clients.
Expand existing relationships through ongoing communication and needs assessment.
Build customer service processes, set management rules, and monitor key accounts.
Analyze user behavior, identify needs, and provide feedback to internal teams.
